I rebuilt this environment after taking over, which involved learning Salesforce’s
proprietary
coding languages: APEX
and SOQL (based on Java and MySQL, respectively).
This process included revamping user and data flow functions, adding third-party
integrations,
creating custom summation
formulas, and enhancing debugging and error-handling capabilities.
Overall, the system includes:
- Integrations to receive data from multiple external sources
- A multi-tier lead distribution system utilizing parameters and conditional statements
- An internal calendar system that sent notifications based on tasks and triggered events
- Data protection measures for internal and external users
- PBX integration to display call logs and recordings
- A booking system with multiple levels of authentication

Michael Cinco is a well-known fashion brand that operates from Dubai and with customers
all over
the world.
I’ve been working with them since 2020, designing and re-designing the site to reflect
the
season. Aside from that, I
also worked with the company to establish an international brand style to reflect the
company
values.
For the store, I utilised woocommerce and customised the design to suit the new brand style. The store operates two payment providers (for local and international card holders) with one of those requiring custom API integrations.

Y12 Salon is a local brand based in DIFC, known for its unique creativity and hair care expertise —and so the guiding principle in the design was to make it unique and standout.
This was achieved by designing a single-page application that uniquely displayed the
company’s brand
materials,
products, and blogs within a single screen height.
By doing this, I also created an additional benefit of being able to place all the blogs
(although
hidden) on the front
page. This automatically gave the homepage a keyword boost that allowed it to be on the top
SERP for
its category.
The backend store also required a customer to inventory management integration that I
created
outside of the
woocommerce.

I was tasked with creating a cohesive visual language between the two web properties. This was relatively straightforward, as the hallmarks of standard Real Estate and Holiday Homes websites are well established. Consequently, I focused more on optimizing technical SEO and site speed, while ensuring that data aggregation and interactive features functioned properly and consistently.
I custom-built all the interactive features and integrations, including site search, data filters, interactive maps, and mortgage calculators. This approach was crucial for optimizing site speed, as I wanted to avoid relying on pre-made components or libraries.
As mentioned above, these sites utilize aggregate data from multiple sources, including property portals, regulatory agencies, third-party brokers, and external CRMs. This required an additional layer of security alongside optimization goals. I achieved this by feeding most raw data into Salesforce and using Bulk APIs to transfer data to the websites. Since both properties were fully custom-built, I also developed a CMS tailored for non-technical users. This system features a rich-text editor for editing or uploading blogs, images, hyperlinks, and other listings.
At the time of upload, the overall Lighthouse scores ranged from 80 to 95 points on both mobile and desktop. The speed and performance of the sites reflect my experience in developing innovative solutions to technical challenges while maintaining optimal speed and usability to ensure a great user experience.

A web application that compiles and catalogs real estate transaction data, allowing users to access relevant information such as the date of closing, selling price, size, property type, building/cluster, and community name through advanced filtering and sorting algorithms. This application served as both a research and promotional tool.
This app was supposed to be part of an ongoing partnership with DLD to make their transactions data accessible to brokers, researchers, and end-users. I converted the original idea to be more visual and dynamic and linked the data to existing listings and availabilities on the company website.
